As a massage therapist, I have training in various types of therapeutic techniques. My skills include Orthopedic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point. A combination of these techniques can be included in your massage once we've done an intake and discussed what your individual needs are.
